A pastel portrait commission for Mary Rabe, a dear art patron. From start to finish it took around 1 hour. Everybody pleased, happy, including me. I wish to have a commission like this everyday.

Started this painting at one of the modeling sessions at Randy Higbee Gallery where lots of artists gather together to paint and draw the beautiful model Toni
Being a long session I made some drawings first - a conte and a charcoal - that later helped me finish this painting. It is very important for me to draw first - to catch all details, and besides it was impossible to finish the painting too.
